Import Taxes and Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. These fees can be high. Maintenanceworkout.com does not charge these fees and we have no control over the amount of the fees. Such fees are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees. Once an order ships, customer is responsible for all charges even if they refuse shipment.

Will these DVDs work in my country?

Yes, our DVDs are encoded to play in all regions. We sell our DVDs all over the world and our clients play them without any problems. Our DVDs will play in every country and on all NTSC and PAL systems.

Do you ship to my country?

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries on the sites which carry our products, unfortunately we will not be able to ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of the current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that our distributors will not ship your order until they receive payment from you. All payments must be made in funds accepted by our distributors.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Your order will be shipped shortly after your payment is received. International customers are responsible for any and all import taxes and related fees. Most orders usually ship the next business day after order has been placed, but no guarantee is implied.
